It is submitted that the RO has mentioned that the industry has maintained the record of Hazardous waste of category 35.1 and 5.1. As per record, 130 kg shot blast dust (category 35.1) was lying stored and 45 ltr. spent oil (category 5.1) was lying stored, which is in order. Further in view of RO note dated 17.10.2025, the industry has been advised to lift out the waste to authorized agency with whom lifting agreement has been made…………Incorporating the observations of undersigned note dated 28.10.2025 in above, it is recommended the authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2029, subject to the suitable conditions and specific that the industry shall maintain record of the hazardous waste generation, lifting and disposal and submit the same to Regional Office of the Board on quarterly basis…………………..
