Sir, CTO already granted to the industry was valid upto 30.09.2025 and now the industry has applied for its renewal which have been process for renewal the CTOs for further period upto 30.09.2026. The industry has lifted its hazardous waste category 35.1 vide Manifest No. 56305 dated 27.06.2025 @ 2260 Kg to Re Sustainablty Ltd., Dera Bassi, SAS Nagar and lifted its hazardous waste category 5.1 @ 112 litre and 5.2 @ 120 Kg to M/s Aggarwal manufacturing Co. Focal Point, Ludhiana. It is also intimated that the industry has been used best grade material in which zinc contents have very little percentage of quantity as the reprocessor unit does not lift it and shifted to M/s Re Sustainability Ltd., Dera Bassi Nimbua.
