While scrutinizing the application of the project proponent it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has not submitted the site Plan of the industry showing the location of hazardous waste storage area/room.
2. According to the manufacturing process submitted by project proponent, the project proponent needs to apply for categories 5.2 (Used oil filters and clothes), 21.1 Process wastes, residues and sludge and 33.1 (empty paint and polish containers) also.
3. The project proponent needs to submit Annual Return in form IV as prescribed in the Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling & Trans- Boundary Movements) Rules, 2008.
4. The project proponent needs to submit manifest slips of lifting the hazardous waste.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of above said clarification within 2 days.
