In view of above, may if approved, authorization for Generation, storage, transportation & disposal of hazardous waste Category 5.1 (-Used or spent oil) @ 0.300 KL/Annum, Category 5.2 (Wastes or residues containing oil) @ 0.100 T/Annum, Category 21.1(Process wastes, residues and sludges) @ 0.050 TPA, Category 33.1 (empty barrel) @ 100 No.s/annum (Disposal to common TSDF facility), Category 33.1 (empty barrel) @ 1500 No.s/annum, (to be sent for refilling) under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, may be granted to the industry upto 30/06/2030 with suitable conditions.
