Ma'am, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 What is the date of commissioning of the unit? The date of commissioning of the unit was October 2020.
2 Give detail of the year wise generation and disposal of hazardous waste under different categories. In case, the industry has not obtained authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 earlier. The industry entered into an agreement with authorized recyclers/TSDF in March 2023 and has since maintained the relevant records, which are enclosed herewith.
3 Also, get the manifest for lifting of the sludge/ hazardous waste by the industry to the authorized re-processor. The manifest for lifting of hazardous waste is attached herewith.
