It is submitted that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that the application form filled by the industry is incomplete. The industry is generating hazardous waste of category 35.3, 5.1, whereas in the application form it has mentioned only category 5.1. Also, the industry has not provided agreement with registered recycler for lifting of hazardous waste of category 35.3 and any other category of hazardous waste generated. The industry has also not submitted form 4 with the application. The industry has not marked the location of hazardous room in the site plan.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please.
