Kindly peruse the note history & note/ report sent by EE, RO, Patiala.
RO is required to clarify regarding following:
1. RO has mentioned that the industry has submitted the agreement executed with M/s Bharti Oil and Containers, Faridabad for lifting of its hazardous waste of category 33.1, which was valid upto 10.10.2025. firstly, RO is required to clarify the status of authorisation/transboundary permission obtained by M/s Bharti oil.
2. Secondly, as per the report of RO, the said agreement was valid upto 10.10.2025, which has expired. Ro is required to clarify whether the industry has got the validity of same extended further, or not ?
3. RO has mentioned at point no. 12 of visit that no hazardous waste has been generated so far. This needs clarification.
4. RO is required to intimate the source of generation of hazardous waste of category 12.5 from its premises.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, Patiala, with the request to clarify regarding the above observations, please.
