Ma'am, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 Give detail of the year wise generation and disposal of hazardous waste under different categories. In case, the industry has not obtained authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 earlier. The hazardous waste of category 5.1, category 5.2 and category 35.3 are not being generated. Further, the industry has made agreements with authorized recycler/re-processors and the waste will be lifted to them.
2 Also, get the manifest for lifting of the sludge/ hazardous waste by the industry to the authorized re-processor. The hazardous waste of category 5.2 and category 35.3 are not being generated.
3 Status of registration on National Hazardous Waste Tracking System portal. For registration on the NHWTS portal, obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 is mandatory. Accordingly, the registration will be completed after the authorization is granted.
