The applicatin of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that :-
1. The industry is required to submit the details regarding GPS systems fitted with vehicles which are lifting spent acid from the industries. 2. The industry has not submitted compliance to the authorization granted Hazardous waste in annotated form. 3. The industry mentioned Pickling waste @ 360 KLD in application form, the industry is also required to submit the list of industries which are made agreement with the industry for lifting its spent acid from their industries. Accordingly, a clarification was raised to the industry on 04.11.2025 to submit the above said documents within 2 days. But the industry has not submitted the reply of clarification till date, so incomplete application cannot be processed and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the same with complete documents. |
