The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that the site plan submitted by the industry does not indicate / marked hazardous waste storage area /room location. Also, the industry has not submitted latest annual return form-4 with the application. Accordingly, a clarification was raised to the industry on 04.11.2025 to submit the above said documents within 2 days. But the industry has not submitted the reply of clarification till date, so incomplete application cannot be processed and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the same with complete documents. |
