Ma'am, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 Give detail of the year wise generation and disposal of hazardous waste under different categories. In case, the industry has not obtained authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 earlier. The industry has not provided year wise generation and disposal detail of hazardous waste of categories 5.1 and 5.2 as it has not maintained any record.
Further, the hazardous waste of category
35.3 is not being generated as the industry has newly installed the ETP.
Now, the industry has made the agreements with authorized recycler/re-processors and the waste will be lifted to them. The industry was also advised to maintain the record of generation as well as disposal of hazardous waste.
2 Also, get the manifest for lifting of the sludge/ hazardous waste by the industry
to the authorized re-processor. Same as per Sr. No. 1.
3 Status of registration on National Hazardous Waste Tracking System portal. For registration on the NHWTS portal, obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 is mandatory. Accordingly, the registration will be completed after the authorization is
granted.
