Ma'am, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 RO has mentioned that the industry has submitted the agreement executed with M/s Bharti Oil and Containers, Faridabad for lifting of its hazardous waste of category 33.1, which was valid upto 10.10.2025. firstly, RO is required to clarify the status of authorisation/ transboundary permission obtained by M/s Bharti oil. M/s Bharti Oil has obtained authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 vide no. HWU/FDBB/2023/41543593 dated 09.08.2023, which is valid upto 30.09.2026.
2 Secondly, as per the report of RO, the said agreement was valid upto 10.10.2025, which has expired. Ro is required to clarify whether the industry has got the validity of same extended further, or not? The industry has renewed the agreement on 11.10.2025 with M/s Bharti Oil, which is valid upto 10.10.2028. A copy of the same is attached herewith.
3 RO has mentioned at point no. 12 of visit that no hazardous waste has been generated so far. This needs clarification. It was inadvertently written in the agenda note. The undersigned will remain cautious in the future.
4 RO is required to intimate the source of generation of hazardous waste of category 12.5 from its premises. The source of generation of category 12.5 (phosphate sludge) is from phosphate tank of powder coating plant.
