On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent and it was observed as under:
1. Earlier, the project proponent was granted authorization for category 5.1, 33.1, 37.3, 5.2, 15.2 and 36.2. Now, the project proponent has applied application for renewal of authorization for category 5.1, 37.3 & 33.1, please clarify reason regarding not to apply for category 5.2, 15.2 & 36.2.
2. The project proponent has not submitted any document regarding registration of National Hazardous Waste Tracking Portal.
3. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the previous authorization obtained by it.
4. The project proponent has not submitted manifest slips for lifting of hazardous waste.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 1 day.
