As discussed, the HCF was issued a Show Cause Notice (SCN) vide No. 2368 dated 27.10.2025 (copy attached), affording it another opportunity for a personal hearing before the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Sri Muktsar Sahib of the Board, on 07.11.2025. However, no representative of the HCF appeared for the hearing.
Subsequently, as directed, the case has been processed through E-Note vide E-Noting No. 30354794.
In view of the above, it is recommended to refuse this application of the HCF and to take further necessary action as deemed appropriate. |
