In view of the note/report sent by EE, RO, Roopnagar, if approved, authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry, for five years, subject to suitable conditions and conditions as imposed by RO.
