The report submitted by the AEE,RO may kindly be perused , May if approved , as recommended by EE,RO the authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016 may be granted upto 31.03.2030 with usual conditions and special condition that:- 1. This authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016 is valid for 195 beds only. 2. The HCF shall got lifted/handed over its Bio-Medical Waste generated to the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility on daily basis. 3. The HCF shall submit annual return every year. 4. The HCF shall get the validity of agreement made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility extended well before its expiry and submit the same to the Board.
