Sir, the industry was given personal hearing before CEE, Ludhiana on 03.11.2025 where it was decided that the present application of the industry for obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and other Waste (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 be returned with request to the industry to re-apply for authorization under the Hazardous and other Waste (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for full capacity, within 07 days.
