| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The agreement executed for 479 no. beds was expired on 23.09.2025. The HCF is required to renew the same.
2. The HCF has applied for obtaining authorization for 650 beds and 210 chairs; however, it has submitted the agreements for 479 no. beds and 200 no. chairs. Kindly clarify.
3. The manifests submitted by the HCF is of year 2023. The HCF is required to submit the latest manifests for lifting of bio medical waste.
4. The consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 were expired on 31.03.2025. The HCF is required to apply for renewal of the same.
5. The HCF has not submitted the annual report for the period 2024.
6. The HCF has not submitted effluent analysis report as required under BMW Rules, 2016.
As such, the HCF is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
