The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has applied for obtaining authorization in the name of Sh. Prakash Kejriwal, Director; however, it has submitted the authority letter in the name of Sh. Yogesh Kuamr, (Factory Manager). Kindly clarify.
2. The industry has not submitted the Memorandum of Association (MOA) alongwith Board's resolution for authorized signatory.
3. The industry has not submitted the agreement for lifting of hazardous waste of category 33.1.
4. The industry has not submitted the compliance of previous authorization conditions in annotated form.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
