Discussed. You are requested to re-examine the case and submit the compliance of the following:
1. Submit the compliance of SoP framed by CPCB for utilization of ETP sludge (paper unit)
in annotated form.
2. The industry shall submit the detail of dedicated vehicles used for lifting of ETP sludge including name of the vehicle, registration of vehicles, fitness certificate of vehicle, GPS enable, name of the driver and license, if rented vehicle get long term agreement with the agency (i.e. min 5 year). |
