Respected Sir, The HCF has applied for fresh application. As per the latest Office Order of the Board vide no. 379 dated 23/10/2023:- “it has been decided that HCFs upto 30 beds capacity which are discharging their liquid waste into public sewer and operating within MC limits of towns, where terminal STPs have been installed shall be granted consents to operate and Authorization without installing individual ETPs as an interim arrangement, subject to the condition that HCF shall comply with the effluent standards prescribed by the MOEF&CC under the Bio Medial Waste Management Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time . Keeping in view of above, if approved, the HCF may be granted fresh of authorization upto 31.12.2025 for 28 beds under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 with suitable condition that the HCF will obtain consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and with special conditions |
