It is submitted that the HCF was given personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer on 30.10.2025 and during the visit it was decided that the authorization granted to the HCF under HWM rules, 2016 be extended upto 31.03.2026……………
Keeping in view of above, if approved, authorization granted to the HCF under HWM rules, 2016 be extended upto 31.03.2026 with following special conditions:-
1. The HCF shall apply for varied authorization under HOWM Rules, 2016 after 31.03.2026 based on actual maximum generation of hazardous waste……………..
2. The HCF shall comply with the provisions of HOWM Rules, 2016 at all times……………
3. The HCF shall get registered on National Hazardous Waste Tracking System (NHWTS) portal, within 15 days.……………………
4. The HCF shall provide dedicated room for storage of hazardous waste with lock & key arrangement and shall provide danger sign board outside the room……………………….
5. The HCF shall maintain category wise proper record of hazardous waste generation & its disposal on daily basis……………………………...
6. The HCF shall maintain record of hazardous and other wastes handled by it in Form 3…………………………….
7. The HCF shall file an annual return in Form 4 to the Board on or before the 30th day of June following the financial year to which that return relates……………….
8. The HCF is responsible for safe and environmentally sound management of hazardous and other wastes.………………………………………..
