1. RO has reported that the industry has installed ETP for treatment of trade effluent generated from the process. However, the industry has not applied for Hazardous waste category 35.3……
2. The industry has applied for processing of spent solvent of Category 20.2, Category 21.2, Category 26.4, Category 28.6 & category 29.4 each @37200KL/Annum, hence total spent solvents @ 1,86,000 KL/annual. But RO has reported total quantity of spent solvents @ 37200 KL/annual….
If approved, RO may be requested to recheck the application submitted by the industry and guide it accordingly, please.
