Certain observations were raised by this office, in reply to which RO has submitted its comments/reply, which may also kindly be perused..
In view of the report/recommendations sent by EE, RO, Patiala, if approved, the industry may be granted renewal of authorization for generation, collection & storage of hazardous waste of Cat. 5.1 @ 1.5 TPA, Cat. 5.2 @ 3.2 TPA, Cat. 12.1 @ 0.3 TPA, Cat. 12.5 @ 7.5 TPA, Cat. 21.1 @ 2.9 TPA, Cat. 33.1 @ 4.5 TPA and Cat. 35.3 @ 4.2 TPA as required under Hazardous and other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, for 05 years, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as imposed by RO.
