Kindly peruse the report/ recommendations sent by EE, RO, Roopnagar.
It is mentioned here that the application is for obtaining authorisation under the BMW Rules, 2016. However, the regional office has given recommendations for grant of consent to operate to the HCF, which is not in order. RO is required to clarify regarding the same.
Further, RO has also not mentioned the competency to decide the application.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be sent back to RO, with the request to clarify regarding the above observations,within 01 day.
