Please find enclosed herewith the show cause notice for refusal of the provisions of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 and show cause notice for revocation of the consent to operate granted under the Water Act, (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 of alongwith the opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE(ZP-1) of the Board on 26.11.2025 at 03:00 PM.
It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the unit through special messenger and ensure to send the receipt of the same to this office and their presence in the scheduled personal hearing.
