The application has been scrutinized, and it was observed that earlier the HCF was a 16-bedded hospital. As per the latest Government notification no. STE-STEB010/213/2020-STE(5/4)/485954 dated 06.01.2023, the fee for obtaining authorization under the provisions of the BMW Rules, 2016 has been notified. Accordingly, the HCF falls under the category of 11–30 beds capacity, for which the prescribed fee is Rs. 2000/- per annum.
The HCF had deposited Rs. 6000/- vide Receipt no. 36843118611DC dated 05.07.2024, which is valid up to 31.12.2025. However, the HCF has now applied for BMW authorization for 10 beds, thereby falling under the category of 01–10 beds capacity, for which the prescribed fee is Rs. 1000/- per annum.
Therefore, the HCF is requested to deposit the requisite authorization fee to process the application. Please submit reply within 3 days.
