please peruse of note dated 16.11.25 of EE RO .The HCF has applied for BMW Authorisation (name correction only) from “S.P.N. Charitable Hospital” to “Swami Premanand Charitable Hospital.” No change in bed strength (100 beds), BMW segregation/storage system, ETP, or overall infrastructure. Earlier fee (₹15,000/-) remains adequate up to 31.03.2027. BMW compliance . If approved Authorisation may be granted up to 31.03.2027 in the corrected name with existing terms and conditions, since the case is limited to name updation.
