The HCF was issued Show Cause Notice vide Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana letter no. 3807 dated 12.06.2025 to submit the reply within 07 days. ………………The HCF vide its memo no. 2010 dated 16.06.2025 has submitted reply to the SCN that all the shortcomings have been removed and requested to grant authorization under BMW Rules, 2016……………………….To verify the facts the HCF was again visited by officer of the Board on 18.06.2025 and it was observed that the HCF is not complying with the provisions of the Bio- Medical waste Management Rules, 2016 and Water Act, 1974 by discharging its untreated effluent into public sewer…… The report regarding this was sent to the Competent Authority and the file is under process with Higher Authority.
