R/sir,
We Shiva Texfabs ltd. We had applied an application for Hazardous Waste Authorization with Application no. 29826689 on dated 17/09/2025. We received your letter for show cause notice for refusal with memo no. 5388-89, dated 13/11/2025.
Our organization was established since 2006, we have applied for renewal consent of Authorization under Hazardous, as our last authorization no. was HWM/ RENEW/ LDH1/ 2024/ 24197412 which was expired on dated 2025-07-08.
We applied the renewal of HWM Authorization as per our full installed capacity i.e. Category 35.3 @2000 TPA, 5.1 (used or spent oil) @1.9KLA and 33.1 @600 Number/Annum.
After Covid-19, the production was decreased very low as per market demand of Dyed yarn/fiber/fabric. We are having mostly demand Grey yarn/fibre/fabric, which causes less generation of Hazardous waste. But it is expected that the demand of Dyed yarn/fibre/fabric will be rise in future. In the view of which we continued with the same capacity/generation HWM authorization.
There is regular slump in the market of Dyed yarn/fibre/fabric from last 5-6 years and still continued. Due to which production and turnover is badly affected.
You are requested to please review our Renewal of applied HWM Authorization and grant us with the same capacity of Authorization as previous.
