If approved, it is RECOMMENDED that 1. Authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry for Collection, Storage, & Recycling of hazardous waste of , (i) Storage, & Recycling and transportation of hazardous waste(Spend Solvent/Mix Hydrocarbons/waste oil) @37200KL/Annum of Category 20.2-Spent solvents, 21.2-Spent solvents, 26.4-Spent solvents, 28.6-Spent solvents, 29.4-Spent solvents ……………………………..AND ..............................
(ii) Generation, Storage, Disposal of category 5.1 (Wastes or Residues containing oil) @ 0.2 KL/annum and Generation, Storage, Disposal of category 5.2 (Wastes or residues containing oil) @ 0.2 KL/Annum and Generation, Storage, Disposal of category 20.3-Distillation residues @ 0.001 T/annum AND ETP sludge of category 35.3 @ 0.001 ton/annum AND handling of Hazardous chemicals 33.1-Empty barrels/containers/liners contaminated with hazardous chemicals /wastes @1000 Number/Annum 2. Actual user certificate cum passbook may be granted to the industry for processing HW of Category 20.2-Spent solvents, 21.2-Spent solvents, 26.4-Spent solvents, 28.6-Spent solvents, 29.4-Spent solvents…………………….
