Sir, it is submitted that the industry has been used best grade raw material in which the zinc content is present only in a very small percentage as the re-processor unit does not lift it and shifted to M/s Re Sustainability Ltd., Dera Bassi Nimbua. The industry has submitted Form-IV as annual return and as per return Hazardous waste quantity@3.685 MT (APCD dust) has been generated under the category 35.1 and the same has been lifted to M/s Re-sustainability Ltd. during the year 2024-25 and as compared to the authorization already granted for quantity of 3.82 MT/annum and now applied for renewal of the same for same quantity which is also similar.
