The HCF had applied authorization under BMW, 2016 and the same had been visited on 04.11.2025 and accordingly show cause notice for violation under under the provisions of the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 framed under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 has been issued to the HCF through application no. 29764784 within an opportunity of personal hearing before the Environmental Engineer on 03.12.2025 at 11:00 AM. As such, this alternate applicaiton applied by the HCF may be returned please as the action is already under process through application no. 29764784. |
