Ma'am, the point wise compliance of hearing decisions is as under:
Sr. No. Hearing decision Compliance
1 The industry shall not operate the unit till all compliances w.r.t. SOP issued by CPCB (Jan, 2024) is made by it. The industry is operating its unit after making complying with SOP issued by CPCB.
2 The industry shall be re-visited by Er. Mohit Bisht, Environmental Engineer to check the compliance made by the unit w.r.t. adoption of SOP issued by the CPCB (Jan, 2024), after 15 days. The industry is yet to be visited by Er. Mohit Bisht, Environmental Engineer.
3 The industry shall furnish a bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 5 lakhs as an assurance for ensuring continuous compliance with the prescribed environmental norms and the compliance of SOP issued by CPCB for such units. In compliance to the hearing decision no. 2, the industry has not submitted the bank guarantee. Instead, the industry has submitted an undertaking, requesting that the amount of the Bank Guarantee be reduced to Rs. 2.0 lakh, citing financial losses as the reason for its inability to deposit the full amount.
