It is submitted that the clarification was raised on the application on dated 21.11.2025 which it is reproduced as under:-
On scrutinizing the case, the following observations have been made: The Health Care Facility (HCF) has not uploaded the agreement with the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment and Disposal Facility (CBWTF). The HCF has not submitted the feasibility report of the ETP/STP installed within the hospital premises. The HCF has not deposited the authorization fee as required under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016. You are hereby directed to submit the above-mentioned documents/clarifications within 02 days.
But till date no reply has been received.
Application is hereby returned with request to resubmit the application with above said observations please.
