The industry was already granted authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, issued vide no. HWM/Fresh/LDH2/2024/25476191 dated 11/05/2024 valid upto 30/06/2028 for generation of hazardous waste of Category no. 5.1 @ 0.1 KL/Annum, 33.1 @ 50 No.s/Annum and 35.3 @ 1.0 T/Annum.
Please clarify the reason for applying for authorization again, cite changes, if any.
