Sir, it is submitted that in compliance of the proceedings the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 24.11.2025. The Industry has now provided two rooms having dimensions as 10’x10’x10’ and 15'x25’x15’ for storage of sludge (category 35.3) and empty cans as per category 33.1. It has currently around 4 Tons of sludge (35.3) and around 100 Drums and no waste oil is kept (5.1). The industry has made an agreement with M/s TSDF NIMBUA for lifting of its hazardous category 35.3. The industry has got lastly lifted its HW category 35.3 @ 13.365 MT vide manifest 57489 dated 30.09.2025 to TSDF. The industry has made an agreement with M/s Aggarwal Manufacturing Co. for lifting of its hazardous category 5.1. The industry has made an agreement with M/s J.S Plastic for lifting of its hazardous category 33.1. The industry has got lastly lifted it category 33.1 @ 293 vide manifest no.1558 dated 16.10.2025 to J.S plastic. In view of the above, it is recommended that Authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry for generation, storage and disposal of hazardous waste under Cat. 35.3 @ 60 TPA, Cat. 33.1 @ 600 Number/Annum, Cat. 5.1 @ 0.02 KLA upto 30.06.2028 with usual terms and conditions, please. |
