Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016 may be granted upto 30.06.2029 with usual terms and conditions and with special condition that: - 1. The authorization is granted based on the documents submitted by the HCF, if at any later stage documents submitted is false or misleading than authorization of the HCF shall be revoked. 2. The HCF shall ensure to comply with the effluent standards as notified under BMW Rules, 2016, amended upto date and subsequent amendments if any. 3. The HCF will renew its agreement with concerned CBWTF on expiry of the same. 4. The HCF will obtain revise authorization if in future it increases its beds capacity or installs operation theatre, lab, laundry facility etc. (Competency- Senior Environmental Engineer, Jalandhar) |
