The lab was visited and it was found out during the visit that the unit has installed ETP for treatment of its liquid waste generated. However, as per application form only treatment of liquid waste with sodium hypochloride is mentioned. The lab has not submitted feasibility report of the ETP as well as completion certificate of the same. Therefore, this application is hereby returned with advice to re-apply the same with complete documents. Further, for any clarification/query Help Desk in this office can be visited on any working day between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. |
