In view of above, may if approved, authorization for collection, storage & disposal of hazardous wastes for waste Category no. 5.1 @ 0.030 KL/annum under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2029 with suitable conditions and special conditions as under:
1. The industry shall maintain the record regarding operation of ETP on regular basis and keep it available at site always.
2. The industry shall submit revised permissibility certificate from the DTP based on fresh revenue report, within 10 days.
3. The industry shall apply for registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 on EPR portal of CPCB, within 15 days.
