It is intimated that while scrutinized the case it has been observed that: -
1. The authorization form submitted by the industry is incomplete.
2. The industry has not submitted the dimensional Drawing of Hazardous waste Storage Room.
3. The industry has applied for authorization only cat.No. 5.1, whereas, industry was required to apply for authorisation of Hazardous waste of remaining categories also which are applicable.
The industry was requested to attend the above said observations and submit its reply within 2 days through clarification dated 18.11.2025, but no reply has been received. Hence, incomplete application cannot be processed and is returned herewith. You are requested to re-submit the application after attending the above said observations at the earliest.
