After perusal the report submitted by the RO, it was observed that the visiting officer has submitted the point wise compliance of SOP framed by the CPCB for such unit and also given detail of dedicated vehicle namely Tractor( RC copy) used for transportation of sludge and the driver licence.
If approved, it is recommended that authorization under HWM rule,2016 be granted to the industry for one year with suitable spl conditions that:
1. The industry shall maintain the record of procurement and utilization of ETP sludge on regularly basis.
2. The industry shall always covered the ETP sludge carrying vehicle with trapaulin properly.
3. The industry shall always complying with the SOP framed by the CPCB for such unit. |
