As discussed, The authorization under Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may granted to the industry for shortterm i.e. upto 30.06.2025 with the special condition that ..1)The industry shall submit a detailed compliance report with respect to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prescribed in the CPCB guidelines for handling and management of hazardous waste.
2.)The regional office jalandhar shall verify the compliance with respect to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prescribed in the CPCB guidelines for handling and management of hazardous waste within 01 months and shall process application for the passbook cum actual User certificate separately through enoting.
