On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 01.12.2025 with request to submit reply within 2 days.
1. The project proponent has not submitted annual return of FY 2024-25 2. Earlier the project proponent had obtained authorization for categories 5.1, 33.1 & 35.3. The industry is required to submit the record of hazardous waste earlier stored, generated and disposed for the FY 2024-25 and 2025-26. The industry is also required to attach manifest of lifting of hazardous waste for the above said period. 3. The project proponent was granted registration under the Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016 of category 28.6. The industry is required to submit the record of quantity procured (passbook record), processed and final stored quantity. 4. The project proponent has applied for additional categories 20.2, 28.1, 28.3. The project proponent has not applied for these categories while obtaining authorization in the past. The project proponent needs to submit the generation, collection & disposal details of above said categories from the time of its generation. The industry is also required to attach manifest of lifting of hazardous waste above said category.
