After perusal the note, it was observed that the industry has already submitted document regarding pointwise compliance of SOP for utilisation of ETP sludge. The industry has also submitted detail of dedicated vehicle used for transportation of ETP sludge including copy of registration copy of tractor and the driving license.
If approved, it is recommended that: -
1. Authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for Collection, Storage, Transportation and Utilization of ETP sludge i.e. hazardous waste of category 32.3 of schedule - I @ 1200 TPA, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions.
2. AUC -cum- passbook for Collection, Storage, Transportation and Utilization of ETP sludge i.e. hazardous waste of category 32.3 of schedule - I @ 1200 TPA, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions. |
