After perusal the note of RO, it was observed that the industry has already submitted the compliance of SOP and also submitted detail of dedicate vehicle utilised for transportation of ETP sludge including copy of RC of tractor and the driving license.
if approved, it is recommended as under:
1. Authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for Collection, Storage, Transportation and Utilization of ETP sludge i.e. hazardous waste of category 32.3 of schedule - I @ 1200 TPA, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions.
2. AUC -cum- passbook for Collection, Storage, Transportation and Utilization of ETP sludge i.e. hazardous waste of category 32.3 of schedule - I @ 1200 TPA, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions. |
