Sir, the industry has valid consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 was granted to the industry vide No. CTOW/Varied/LDH2/2025/28255316 Dated 30.04.2025 with validity period upto 31.12.2025 & under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH2/2022/18093310 dated 19/04/2022 valid upto 31/03/2027.
The effluent samples from the outlet of ETP has been collected on 23.10.2025 and as per the analysis report pH = 7.4, TSS = 28 mg/L, TDS = 1264 mg/L, COD = 150 mg/L, BOD = 33 mg/L, Oil & Grease = BDL, Sulhphide = BDL, Phenolic Compound = BDL, Ammonical Nitrogen = 4.8 mg/L, Total Chromium = BDL, Sodium Absorption Ratio (SAR) = 5.3. As per the analysis report all the BOD is 33 mg/L which is beyond the limit of 30 mg/L.
It is further submitted that the site of the industry was also visited by a team of Er. Krunesh, AEE and Sh. Manjinder Singh, SA on 04.11.2025 to collect the air emission samples. During visit sample from the porthole on stack after APCD of 4 TPH Boiler was collected and as per the analysis report PM is 290 mg/NM3 against the 250 mg/NM3 which is beyond the prescribed limits.
