As reported by Regional Office, the earlier fee deposited by the HCF under the Bio-Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 against 48 no. beds was adequate upto 31.03.2028. Now, the HCF has deposited Rs. 18,000/- vide online R. No. 553512122 dated 27.11.2025 under the Bio-Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016. As such, the fee deposited by the HCF is adequate upto 31/03/2030 (considering the month of visit of Regional Office i.e. August 2025 as commissioning month for operation and occupancy of 100 beds) under the Bio-Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 against 100 no. beds as per Govt. notification dated 19.01.2023.
In view of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, FGS, if approved, fresh authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 for operation of 100 no. beds may be granted upto 31.03.2030 with suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by Regional Office, pl.
