Subject: One-time authorization to the trader for import of Scrap/other waste material as specified in Part D of Schedule – III of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, on behalf of actual user - M/s Bluepine International Private Limited, 77, Bansal Complex, Gill Road, Industrial Area-B, Ludhiana.

Vide the subject citied letter, the establishment has submitted its documents for obtaining one time authorization for import of Scrap/other waste material as specified in Part D of Schedule – III of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 as per Punjab Pollution Control Board office order no. 349 dated 08/06/2021.
The establishment has deposited Rs. 5,000/- vide e-R no. 779432666 dated 01/12/2025 as one time registration fees as per the revised fee structure decided by the Board.
The establishment has submitted following documents:
1. The establishment has sought one time authorization for the import of Aluminium, Copper, Iron and steel scrap @ 2400 MT.
2. GST registration certificate no. 03AANCB6838P1Z1, Import and Exporter code issued by Directorate General of Foreign Trade having IEC no. AANCB6838P.
3. The establishment is situated at 77, Bansal Complex, Gill Road, Industrial Area-B, Ludhiana.
4. The site of the godown falls in the Industrial Area-B as per Master Plan, Ludhiana.
5. The land of the godown is taken on rent by the firm.
6. The firm has submitted name of actual users of imported scrap i.e. M/s TSG Alloys and M/s Tangri Castings (India). Both the actual users have valid 'Consent to Operate' of the Board.
In view of above mentioned facts, may, if approved, M/s Bluepine International Private Limited, having IEC code AANCB6838P, PAN no. AANCB6838P, GST Registration no. 03AANCB6838P1Z1 be granted one time authorization for import of scrap listed at Basel no. B1010 Part-D of Schedule-III of the Hazardous Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 upto 30/09/2030, subject to general conditions mentioned in OCMMS.
