The application of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1) The HCF is required to intimate the reason for applying Fresh authorization under the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
2) The HCF has not linked authorization fee with the application.
3) The HCF needs to submit agreement with CBWTF depicting number of beds.
4) The HCF was granted authorization for Generation, Storage, Treatment, Disposal. Now, the HCF has applied for Generation, segregation, Collection, Storage, Packaging, Reception, Transportation, Treatment or processing or conversion, Recycling, Disposal or destruction use, Offering for sale, transfer which is not in order. Please clarify.
5) The HCF has not submitted compliance report of conditions previously granted BMW authorization by the Board.
